Return & Exchange

Something not quite right? Request exchange within 3 days of receiving the package. What are the procedures? Please reach out via WhatsApp 081510172921, our customer service will kindly guide you.


Before that, please make sure these requirements are met:

  1. Goods must be in new and unused condition
  2. Return is requested within 3 days of receiving the package
  3. We accept exchange request, if:
    • Goods are permanently damaged, including ripped sole and stain
    • The color or size not as ordered
    • The size does not fit
  1. We do not accept exchange request for:
    • Removable stain on goods
    • Damaged box that does not affect the items condition
    • Color change
  1. After receiving your package and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. If the item condition is as stated, we will proceed the exchange. However, if not, we will return the package back.
  2. Return is available while stocks last

 

Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We will send a notification as soon as we've issued your exchange!
 

Who is responsible for shipping fees?

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees.
